MTN insurance is useless

If I could give a negative star I would cause 1 star is a lot. I took a phone out from MTN on contract and insured it. The phone has two sim slots because I need a work number and a personal number. Now the phone does not take two sims anymore. Call the insurance and they tell me they will have to take my phone for 14 days and they will not give me another phone. This by the way is nowhere in their contract. So I'm using my work number cause only one slot works. The contract stipulates that should the phone get ****** and I was not using their number they will not fix my phone. So now I as a single mother I must be stuck for 2 weeks without a phone. How is this reasonable? I called the insurance and when I asked questions the person I spoke to would just lose their ability to speak. I asked to speak to somebody else since she cant speak and the phone was hang-up.
