MTN Insurance is useless

<p>I have a contract for samsung tab A with Altech Autopage. I got communication that my account was transferred to mtn and that I must relate all my queries to mtn. About three weeks ago, my tab A fell and the screen cracked. I went into an mtn shop in Woodmead and they made me complete a claim form and said mtn insurance will call me once the claim has been approved.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am on week 3 and I still have not heard a word from mtn. I have tried calling their insurance number, but it just rings and rings until it disconnects. This amounts to ***** as am paying approx. R100 a month for insurance that am not getting.!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am at my wits end while mtn continues to help themselves to my money on a monthly basis. People ought to keep away from mtn. Such terrible terrible service.</p> <p> </p> <p>My mtn number is ***. My mtn account number is C***.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Please fix this!</p>
