Mtn insurance is useless

Mtn does not have any good ways in which to help me with my contract that I can get my phone screen fix and I pay alot for the phone and data I wanted to cancel it then get told call mtn why would 3 stores have different ways of doing things I'm so angry all rather move to cellc because they say 1week and you phone is back at the store mtn say call you insurance they wil pick up you phone from you that's not right I'm done with mtn
