MTN insurance is unfair

MTN insurance decline my claim because when i lost my phone it was a sim card that doesnt belong to the contract. What I don’t understand is that i insured the phone and not the sim card. Why should i be treated so bad just for a sim card? What happens to all the premiums i have been paying all along when I can’t be covered when i need to claim? How possible is it to be given back my all the insurance money i have been paying since I can’t claim. Why is a silly sim card a fault? I didn’t know i can add a secondary number to the contract because the lady who app**** for my insurance is the MTN consultant and never told me about sims. MTN please review my claim or bring back all my premiums please
