MTN Insurance is trash

My iPhone 6 was booked in for repairs on 20th February 2015 (four weeks ago). I have been sending emails to the insurance inquiries to find out how long it will take to get my phone. NOTHING!! All i get is reference numbers *** [#***9351 [#***] *** [#***]. <br> <br> When i call the insurance center, they hang up the phone in my ear..how rude!! After days of trying a young lady (02 March) tells me that my phone was sent back to them unfix!! She does not know why. She told me she will get back to me...I'm still waiting. The insurance gave me a loan phone to use. I complained, emailing them that the speaker of the phone is faulty. I struggle to hear people over the phone and it freezes.<br> <br> MTN lately is trash and I'm going to my network somewhere else but for now i want my phone back.
