MTN Insurance is the worst service provider

Hi there, I am LIVID with the horrible customer service I have received from MTN Insurance. I started a claims process on 6th of Feb, they eventually collected my phone on 20 February and I still do not have an update ito the repair of my phone and neither have I been provided with feedback. When I call I get put on hold and/or get promised to get contacted again which NEVER happens. MTN Insurance has no grip with their repair centre and I am extremely disappointed that I still don't have my phone back nether do I have feedback. My husband and I have been calling day in and day out
