MTN Insurance is the WORST!!!!!!

Disgusting Service... My phone was collected to go in for repairs after I submitted a claim, I was then told that the repair center will not be operational during the 21 day lock down. I requested they return my phone. when you call the call center the consultants put you on hold and hang up. When you finally get through to a consultant who won't hang up on you they tell you different stories and refuse to tell you where your phone is (company policy apparently)... I just want my phone and no one is willing to assist me
