MTN INSURANCE is the worst

Trust me you never want to insure your phone with MTN INSURANCE…

It’s been almost 2 weeks now since I’ve been trying to reach out to get my claim done so I can get a phone but clearly to them there is never sense of urgency… The call centre people will also give you attitude and tell you there’s nothing they can do all one has to do is wait for an auto-response via email…

Unlike other cellphone insurance they also don’t give you an option of either choosing a different phone within the insurance value which when I signed the contract this was not mentioned because had it been then I would have opted for Vodacom/CellC…

I wholeheartedly regret and surely after this I will look at getting a better cellphone insurance
