MTN Insurance is the worst
I've never been so disappointed in my life. My ticket was logged on the 2nd of June, of which even today I still get a response of in the next 2-3 days they will get a response. I just got off the phone with one of the consultant who told me that it has yet been escalated again meaning I will have another 2weeks running around for my device to be ordered and sent out to me. What gets to me is that I was not told I will have to wait for so long after paying the access fee. Honestly MTN can do far better.

I appreciate his service as he literally went an extra mile to assist me and he has been the only agent who has made it his duty to call me and update about the process up until my device was delivered. If this can get to the hands of the higher department Kgosto deserves best agent/TL position. To him it's not just a job. He loves what he does and he does it with a passion.
