MTN INSURANCE IS THE WORST

So My domestic helper stole my phone and most of my house hold content while I was at work.. The phone that is on insurance was not used since January as the screen gave me problems after MTN Insurance fixed it in August last year and gave it back in a very poor condition. I left it and tried working with the phone as is, but it just got worst. So now that the phone has been ****** MTN insurance first wanted to check if the insured number was the last number being used in that phone. They told me I must phone them back to check the progress on my claim so I phone back.. the insured number was the last number being used on that phone, but the I was told the require the a claim sheet from the police stating the court date against my domestic worker. But it is documents that can not be given to her as she disappeared like thin air and the number I had for her is also not working anymore. Then I was told they need to check if the case number that I gave to MTN insurance is valid and they can not get through to the police station and making it my problem. So I the paid customer for almost 4 years for 2 different devices must keep on phone back to find out about the process on my claim and then when I talk to the people they make you feel like the ********.. I would really like some feedback on this and that when I get a new phone that I will not use MTN insurance ever again.
