MTN insurance is the best

On the evening of the 6th July 2018 my Samsung Galaxy Edge 7 fell and the LCD screen got damaged. On the 8th i went to the MTN Bonaero Park store whereby I was assisted by JP to get a claim form so that I could claim with MTN insurance. On Monday 9 July, my claim was approved and I paid the excess fee for the insurance to proceed with my claim. On Tuesday the courier service collected my damaged unit. On Wednesday I received an sms informing me that my unit was being repaired. On Thursday I was shocked to receive a call from the courier service informing that they were delivering my phone. At the time of writing this compliment, I have my phone with me and it is looking brand spanking new. MTN showed great professionalism and excellent customer care to me from the initiation of my claim to the conclusion of my case.
