MTN Insurance is pathetic

17days since I lodged an insurance claim for my damaged phone and no feedback. I have called countless times and emailed and all I'm told is that claim is with insurers. Ive had a contract phone with MTN since 2002 and always insured my devises. I am disgusted by their service and will be cancelling. To others, MTN insurance has moved to Guardrisk and their service is terrible.
