MTN INSURANCE IS PATHETIC

This is the second time I am writing to Hellopeter about my problem. My phone has not being fixed to date, I was promised that It was going to be picked up but that didn't happen. I don't know what to do honestly. I think the only way is to stop paying for this contract. MTN cannot be winning whilst I am complaining. <br> <br> I received a call from Busi from Smartphone Plus that she would organise for my phone to be picked up and a loan phone be given to me, the Ram couriers guy came in last Monday with no loan and told me the phone was supposed to be bubble rapped and he couldn't take it. I waited for him to come back as he said he'd return once they get my loan phone from MTN INSURANCE, to date nothing!!! MTN INSURANCE IS PATHETIC
