MTN insurance is misleading customers !!!!

I've been a customer for over 3 years and I have never claimed, I've got 2 cell phones insured with mtn and 2 weeks ago my phone got ******. I submitted the necessary documents and waited for my claim to be declined because I didn't insure the number that was used in my phone, when I took the insurance I clearly told the consultant I have 2 sim cards so please insure both cell numbers because I have 2 contracts with MTN, I called the insurance company and the consultant Vuyo even confirmed this that both my numbers are insured. Now I'm asking for help because I've been paying my insurance for 3 years and never missed a payment and this is how I'm treated when I've followed the rules. This is very wrong to treat a loyal customer especially at this time of the year when my primary phone got ****** with all my information.
