MTN INSURANCE IS MESS, DOESN'T PUT ANY VALUE TO CONSUMMERS

I am paying my device insurance and I lost it, my claim was approved I have paid all accesses. MTN couldn't find the same color of the device I was using and any recommended colors. I made a request to another device of the same model and the lady handling my claim refused to authorize take-a-lot order. she is enforcing me to take any color she is able to get. I have addressed to them that color is of value to me, I cannot just use anything. I'm paying for this insurance it is not a favor or donation with regards to replacing my phone. I requested to select another device for the same insured value they are refusing me even ignoring me. I am not in breach of any terms of my policy schedule. I have addressed them that I cannot use something I dont like, It will mess my everyday life. money for value!, I cannot take anything.
