MTN INSURANCE IS JUST A ****

MTN insurance is just a ****, i wrote a review on Monday here about my cellphone claim and after few minutes i received a rejection letter and reason being i have used a different number on the device. I called them immediately to show them their error. After 1hour they called saying they've equivalent device which will be delivered the same day until today no phone and the phone that they are replacing with is much less than my ****** phone.
