Mtn Insurance is failing me cus the waiting is too much

I claimed my phone on 30th January 2018 I've send all needed documents.,on Friday I received a call confirming that my phone it's aproved I even paid axcess fee n they promised I will receive my phone in 3 working days counting from Monday. So Monday I called to check how far they said De fone hasn't left the supplier.. N Tuesday I called again still same respond, so this means 3working days its lie because I haven't even received tracking number for courier.its so inconvience cus now it's a week without my phone n m going out of county for a month.
