Mtn insurance is ducked up

I lost my cellphone, I submitted claim with ALL accompanying documents and ref numbers on 28/11/2024. MTN Insurance only looked at it on 05/12/2024 After numerous calls and emails, I am told today that the claim is declined due to negligence. the phone was lost and is covered by ALL RISKS, ie theft/loss/damage. What recourse do I have? I pay monthly for this and now cannot get another phone.i pay for ****ing 4 years without claiming and today i got declined and canceled the service afterwards .. i still In shocked Service is shocking, with a no care attitude!!

I advise everyone else who's using mtn insurance to cancel it while the still care Those people don't care about you but only your .money
