MTN Insurance is disgraceful

I have never received such disgusting service. I sent my phone in 1.5 years ago to get the back fixed. They returned my phone with cameras full of dust. I sent it back - 4 or more times where they did NOTHING. My cameras were full of specks. After escalation they admitted it was an engineers fingerprint.

I am now trying to send my phone again. My request was sent 20 days ago. It took 15 days for them to ask me for excess, now that its paid, they have gone dead quiet. Shocking. I have been with MTN for more than 18 years and this is how they treat their customers.
