Mtn insurance is **** and just a waste of time!!
<p>I have placed a claim for my ****** cellphone device which I have been paying monthly insurance instalments without fail since July. The claim was launched towards the end of November 2016 and I was told the that they will contact me after 3 to 5 working days. Till today 2017/01/18, I am waiting for them to contact me with any feedback regarding my device. Instead, I am the one who is busy trying to reach them and *****ing about my cellphone. To my surprise, today they just told me to resend my claim as they have never received it. That is just bull!!</p>
