MTN insurance is a waste of money

MTN's cellphone insurance is awful. horrible. I have never felt so defeated in my life before . I put the claim in two weeks ago, and paid the excess fee, but not only was my phone fetched after I did a lot of calling and complaining, but I am still waiting for it to be fixed. apparently it takes 14 working days to fix a phone screen. So there really is no point in paying the damn insurance. a complete waste of money.
