MTN INSURANCE IS A ****/ **********

MTN insurance is nothing but a ****, I've been with them since 2019 and this year 2022 I lost my phone. When I claimed I was told my insurance was canceled, reason being "I bought another phone and insured with them". I specifically told the consultant that I want to add my new phone under my insurance, she told me it's possible and told me the new premium for 2 phones. I was never told this nonsense when buying my new phone. If I knew, I was obviously taking my business else where. How can I cancel my insurance after paying for so many years. The consultant who was helping me with my phone guaranteed me that yes, both my phones are insured. Why wasn't I informed of the cancelation.

Now mtn tells me they can't replace my phone nor do anything about it. Yet I keep getting emails saying I should confirm that I want to continue with insuring my old phone. What the hell is that, Trying to get a hold of them is a nightmare, their email thread is a joke. When you don't pay insurance they are fast to block your network, late on debit days, ********** and sell nothing but lies to get sales.

If you are thinking of insuring your phone or valuables with mtn insurance, think twice because they are nothing but scanners who will disappoint you. Reading all the bad reviews shows that mtn cares about sales and not its customers. I wish I saw the reviews first. I hate mtn
