MTN INSURANCE IS A ****! **********!

MTN South Africa Insurance is a *****!!! My wife has had a contract with MTN South Africa for almost 6 years and fortunately she has neve had to to make any claim. But for the fist time she had to make a claim after being ******. first of all the consultant at MTN Gateway failed to blacklist her number/phone and my wife had to make a follow-up phone call asking about it to MTN. The MTN consultants did not tell her what the correct steps and when questioned rep**** that "they assumed she knew what to do and had claimed before"

After following all the steps, she's still waiting for the claim to be processed. No one has contacted her instead she's the one making endless phone calls. Furthermore to that, the she paid for her sim swap let alone that she's been paying for sim-card insurance all along!

I am NEVER taking a contract with MTN again and will advise EVERYONE not to! 5 years of taking my money for nothing!!
