If you are considering taking insurance with them don't, If you lose your phone they will give you a million excuses not to pay your claim, its better to risk it and not take insurance cos they sure as hell wont give you what you have been paying for.

their call center is not even helpful, when you request to speak to the manger or team leader they will put you on hold for minutes then hang up your call.
