MTN insurance is a ****!!!!!!!!

Disgusting. They are not even worthy of one star. I have been paying my insurance every SINGLE MONTH FOR FOUR YEARS WITH NOT ONE CLAIM on a top of the line Apple device. The first time I claim, they offer me a device that is worth R8000 less than the cost of my insurance.

They were happy to take my premiums every month for four years based on a R20000 device and now I can only get a device worth R12000. When trying to dispute with them, they said they do not work on retail prices, so I am sure the device they are offering me is worth even less than R12000. I actually cannot believe this.

Disgusting. Take your money somewhere else.
