MTN Insurance is a ****

MTN Insurance is a **** . I insured my iPhone Xs max with them . When I claimed my iPhone they initially offered me a iphone12 which are refused on the grounds of its size, I even went to the extent of explaining to the consultant that I want an iPhone as big as my iPhone Xs max cause I bought a max because of the size. Can they kindly get me back my iPhone Xs max instead. I even went for days without getting my iPhone . I had to call them again to follow up on my claim still to be told that they do not have an iPhone XS Max. I then asked the lady if an iPhone 12 pro is the same size , if its the same size can I kindly have that one . She said she will check availability and the next thing they wanted me to confirm that I want an iPhone 12 pro . I only agreed to it ,thinking its the same size as an iPhone Xs max . Only to find out that its smaller . They refused to give me the same exact size of phone that I bought initially . MTN insurance is a **** , please save your money insure with someone else. No-one was really willing to listen to me . When it comes to an iPhone size really matters. I will never insure with them , I should have continued with 24 hour monitor .They listen, they even went to the extent of changing my phone even if I had opened it because there was a communication breakdown.
