MTN Insurance is a ****!

MTN's new Insurer is basically a ****. You submit your claim and you phone to follow up and it's the same response. Our underwriters are assessing your claim and someone will contact in 48hrs. They never do. You go into MTN shops and they tell you to phone the number. So nobody claims responsibility and half the time the put you on hold and then just drop the call. It's awful.
