MTN Insurance is a joke

I have submitted documentation and paid excess for a damaged device.3 months down the line I still have to get a replacement. First they could not send their courier partner in time to pick up after excess. Thereafter I topped up the excess as they claim the device is beyond economical repairs but now they are offering to replace with a different device which is low in standard compared to the one I an being billed for. This is gross disservice to a paid up client!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
