MTN Insurance is a *****!

MTN insurance is a *****, I was paying a cover for my phone for 18 months and I have lost my phone 3 months ago and I call the insurance to report the ****** phone. I’ve submitted all the required document to them for claim submission. It been 3 month now they keep on sending me email that the claim is being processed.

When I called the asking for the feedback, the consultant told be that my documents are invalid so they Automatically cancel the claim and the insurance. And she just dropped the call. When am trying to call back no one answers.

So I advance everyone don’t get phone contract and insurance with MTN.
