MTN Insurance is a *****

<p>After 2 weeks of NO response from MTN Insurance, i.e call centre doesn't answer calls, they don't respond to my emails - I have realised that MTN Insurance is a *****. They are quick to collect our monthly premiums - but to try and claim is virtually impossible because you can simply not get through to them. Fair warning: if you have insurance with MTN - rather cancel - it simply is not worth all the trouble and effort. I still have not received any help from MTN Insurance - and I will report this to the Insurance Ombudsman.</p>
