MTN INSURANCE IS A COMPLETE *****!!

MTN insurance is a total *****. I have insured my device with them with two cellphone numbers and after my cellphone was ******, I submitted a claim and they are consistently using one cellphone number as usage to decline my claim, while I insured two numbers with them. its been a whole month of back and forth with their administrators and Im not winning. They are deliberately ignoring the usage on the other number I gave them so that they dont pay out. they know I was using my alternative number but yet only review my main number, I even attached my policy schedule to prove I have two numbers insured but yet they choose to ignore the alternative number because they want to reject the claim. This is pure *****, I even requested my usage information on the number, and they are playing hide and seek with it.

This is just pure *****. Do not insure your phone with MTN. They will deliberately ignore facts to reject a claim.
