MTN INSURANCE is a ****

I have a been been MTN customer from 2020 ,having a contract with them and I never experienced any issues until now.On july I was debited an extra 600 on my account. I called their customer service i was informed that there is an insurance that is covering my phone,which im not aware of.They gave the number to call that MTN insurance company.Which is been just waste of time.I asked for an refund because i never authorized for that insurance to be under my account. Is been a month calling them getting different answers ..going back and forth about this issue and no one seems to care to do their job,and my question is if someone can have access to my mtn account put the stuff i never authorized and the Same company you trusted them with your account don't seem to care to help,so how can i be able to trust them that same problem wont happen again.
