Mtn insurance is a ****

Mtn insurance is a **** , I insured my iPhone 13 Pro with them and have been paying the insurance. My phone recently had a speaker problem and I filled a claim . They then didn’t communicate anything with me , when I call them they ask me whether it was a water damage or it fell . I told them neither Because this happened all of the sudden . They said I should take it to mtn for an evaluation and when I got to mtn they said they no longer do that in store . I call them everyday speaking to managers and they just don’t communicate with me . I am disappointed and frustrated at this point. I just want my speaker to be fixed
