MTN INSURANCE INCOMPETENCE

I am very disappointed in MTN Insurance I submitted a claim on the 05-10-2020 with all required documents they started the process of the claim on the following day for I got a call to verify the information . I paid my access and called them on the same day (22/10/2020) they told me I will be getting my device within 7 working days . On the 24th they called to confirm delivery address, on Tuesday the 27th I did a follow up only to be told their supplier has not delivered my device to them . So basically I was **** to and their consultants are forever experiencing technical problems when I call. I am so disappointed and ready to cancel the insurance .I would really appreciate to get help if possible , my number is *** and their number is ***.
