MTN insurance in breach of contract.

dear mtn,<br> i am insured with mtn insurance. i dropped my phone over a MONTH ago and despite calling, emailing and faxing you on a more than daily basis, i never get through. i am getting so angry, i have a phone i can barely use. when i complained via this forum a week ago, someone called me. they told me my claim was approved and a courier would call me to set up collection of phone and handover of loan phone. then MTN put me through to the courier, i never got their name or number and after a minute of talking, due to mtn TERRIBLE reception, the call was dropped and nobody ever called me back. i am getting EXACTLY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MTN and believe you are in breach of contract. to add insult to injury, you charge me for the calls i have tried to make each day to the insurance dept, yet i hold around an hour each time because YOU are too understaffed to manage your call centres so IT BECOMES MY PROBLEM! unacceptable. also, i have been overcharged on my June bill R1400 for packet switched data which i have never used. i am not paying my bill until these 2 matters are sorted out. MTN, after 12 years i really want to move to another company. i am so disappointed and disgusted
