MTN Insurance Impossible to Contact

<p>The screen con my cell phone cracked and I tried contacting MTN Insurance to process my claim, but have not been able to get hold of any consultant. First I sent an email to ********** and have not yet received a reply to my mail. Then I tried loading my claim on the MTN website, but it won't allow me to submit my claim, stating that I need to load a description of the incident consisting of at least 2 caracters, which I have done (a full paragraph of the incident) I must have tried loading my claim at least 10 times. I then phoned the insurance department on ********** , going through the automated quetionaire, until it gives me the option 'to be transferred to a consultant, please press 0', when I do select "0", it tells me that the number that I entered is invalid (I must have tried this at least 5 times). I then phoned the 808 number (twice) and asked to be transferred to MTN Insurance, both times the call was dropped after a couple of rings. It seems that MTN Insurance does not pay out any claims, as it is impossible to submit a claim.</p>
