mtn insurance I give up

<p>I claimed a lost cellphone four months ago, after two complaints I wrote here on hellopeter mtn insurance department decided to approve my claim. When I went to the store to collect the phone I was told by the person who helped me that the approval letter is incorrect. The cellphone number that appear on it is not mine, and the amount of claim cost is incorrect. I was adviced to call the insurance again and request the correct approval letter.</p> <p>I did as I was told but a person who assisted me told me the different story. Can somebody tell me what is happening with mtn insurance? If I don't receive my phone by the end of this week, I am leaving mtn alone. This is the last time I write the review, I give up</p>
