MTN INSURANCE - HORRIBLE SERVICE

What a joke. Thought it would be best to insure my device directly with MTN. I submitted a claim on the 15 November. It is now 11th December and I am still waiting for them to send me the email requesting excess payment so they can collect my phone!!!
