MTN Insurance have ****** my phone.

<p>On the 4 February 2016, I submitted a claim to repair my iPhone 5. On the 2 March 2016, without being advised that my claim was approved, MTN Insurance sent a courier to collect my phone. After an enquiry I was was imformed that it had been approved, but there were no temporary handsets available. I requested that I receive one once another became available, as per the policy. (I still do not have a temporary phone).</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried repetedly to call the MTN Insurance lines, but the *** is always engaged, and the *** has me on hold for up to 45 minutes with no luck. I was able to speak to a consultant on the 808 number last month, and directly to the repair centre (whos details were on the collection waybill) but all they could tell me was that my phone had been returned to MTN Insurance on the 15 March 2016, unrepaired. They advised I contact MTN Insurance directly for more information.</p> <p> </p> <p>All emails to *** go unanswered, despite me receiving a delivery and read receipt. I have followed up 5 times this month already, via email, but have had no luck.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service received has been close to non- existant and I am unable to even escalate this. </p>
