MTN Insurance has my phone for more than 2 weeks

MTN Insurance. *********** personal and illiterate as they cannot read. Simple instructions, delaying tactics at the customer's expense. It's been 39 days since claim was lodged. Paying for a phone and insurance for a phone that we do not have. They lost all personal information by wiping the phone to run a 'diagnostic test' after repairing a back cover?! I wouldn't advise any Apple users to go there. IPhone 14 Pro is just existing in some store room
