MTN Insurance has disappointed me pretty badly the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because of the repair services and the fact that they can help you recover your phone when ****** or lost but their overall customer service is very poor

MTN Insurance has disappointed me pretty badly the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because of the repair services and the fact that they can help you recover your phone when ****** or lost but their overall customer service is very poor it took them 2-3 weeks for them to validate my claim although if I have never called in to follow up id’ve still been waiting to this day. Then when I think I’m sorted the courier guy arrives to get my phone a day after my due date, basically my phone was meant to be fixed on Monday which was the day it was booked in for repair the courier guy only came on Tuesday and said to me he had forgotten about my phone "WHAT" how is that even possible but anyway my phones been taken in now for a full 3 weeks still waiting to this day haven't gotten any feedback still in the dark with no phone to be honest this is the worst service I’ve ever gotten since forever and it really sucks to be in my position. MTN Insurance really needs to make things better to keep customers happy 3 weeks is way too long to be without a phone
