Mtn insurance *****

Mtn and their insurance company seem adamant on keeping my money which they debited **********ly on a phone insurance I did not take. It’s been 2 months now and I have been send from pillar to post and asked to do a lot in order to get my money back for insurance I did not take up. They have been claim of reverting back to me for too long now and still no refund has been done of my hard earned money which they feel they can just keep for however long they want. I have tried to be patient but it has been to long and I have used all avenues in trying to get my money back. For some reason Mtn can’t work with their own insurance company in just paying me my money and they want me to do all there back and forth with their insurance company which I did and Mtn is not getting back to me with the requested documents I had to ask them in order to get my refund. What is worse I even communicated with them when I got the bill and saw that insurance I did not take up was added and I was promised it was cancelled.
