Mtn Insurance

I don't know what mtn Insurance want from me I canceled it but they did bill again few weeks back they said they refund the money they took from me when I got my bill for July is there again I don't understand how can you want to refund someone and charge him again is that my phone is going to be blocked again because of the insurance I keep on calling them I spoke to fortune she said she will assist I will get my refund, this is not on can you please Remove the insurance bill on my statement pls
