MTN Insurance

I have been waiting for over a week now for my device to be collected. Everyday I have to call/email and I get the same story that my device will be collected on the day or the following day then nothing happens.

This is a HUGE inconvenience as I constantly have to change my plans or ask people to change their plans so that there is someone when they collect the phone which never happens!

I am tired of following up and always getting the same story and then I have to follow up again and settle for the same story/lies again!

Can this matter please be resolved!
