MTN INSURANCE FAILING TO PROVIDE SERVICE

<p>My phone broke 3 weeks ago. I waited a week for MTN to come and collect my phone to proceed with the claim, however, they failed to do so, I then went out of my way to take my phone in and drove to 14th Avenue to their head office where they did not want to take my phone and said within 30 minutes I will get a call where they will arrange to collect my phone. Almost another week later, not only did I not get a call but they still had done nothing to collect my phone. I then went back to MTN head office where more empty promises were made. I was told that they would be collecting my phone and a consultant by the name of Roberto said he would personally see to it that everything would happen... It is now the 3rd week now that I have once again, not being called and nobody is bothering with me as a client. I would very much like to have my phone sorted out... the level of service, although a standard for MTN and South Africa, is still disgusting and unnaceptable. </p>
