MTN Insurance exceptional customer service!

Refilwe assisted me with an insurance claim when my son's phone got ****** at ULTRA in Cape Town over the weekend. Despite waiting well over an hour for the call to be answered, when we did speak to Refilwe she processed the claim with professionalism and super efficiency. She explained the process, ensured we understood everything and even called me this morning to check I had received everything via email! MTN is VERY fortunate to have such a dedicated, customer-orientated service person handling their insurance claims. It's all because of Refilwe's positive attitude and exceptional customer care that I am a happy MTN Insurance client. Thank you Refilwe - I do appreciate your assistance :)
