MTN INSURANCE EISH

I AM BATTELING WITH MY ACCOUNT SINCE APRIL 2023 AND JUST CANNOT HANDLE IT AMYMORE!!!! I WROTE NUMEROUS EMAILS MADE NUMEROUS PHONECALLS, WENT INTO MTN WATERFALL MALL AND STILL NO SUCCESS. IN APRIL THE INSURANCE ENTER A UNKNOWN PHONE ONTO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY knowledge. When I saw my account I phoned altec insurance and they said I must just cancel the unknown phone's insurance, which I done. The problem now is that MTN charged me with the amount therefor and my account showed that I am in arrears. Nicky at the MTN Waterfall Mall tried for a month now that the insurance must take the amount that they charged me for the unknown phone , off without any success!!! I really do not know how to settle my account to the correct amount again. NUMEROUS emails were send and the insurance just ignore us like a stopstreet in the desert!!! Every time my phones are suspended and it just are getting worse and worse
