mtn insurance ***!

i just came on hear to report on mtn insurance. i started contacting them in july already, i sent the forms i paid my phone only got picked up. the next week, my phone is still with them more then a month later. im paying R1000 a month for my device and no1 will refund that expense for something that i cant use. mtn cant help insurer cant help. where can i now turn to. as a company mtn should be ashamed of this appalling service, go back and review how you customers are being treated.
