MTN Insurance

Bought a phone from MTN Store, along the with the phone they sold me an insurance. I've been a paying customer for four years now. Lost my phone on the 13th of February 2024, immediately roported it with MTN and the insurance and everything is approved. Now am having issues with the delivery of the device. I've been going back and forth and not receiving any help. I've been told to contact courier it, which I did. They always telling me that the parcel is loaded with the driver and is set for delivery each and everyday. To this date 07 March 2024 my device is still not delivered and I am still actively calling and teaching the parcel but not fortunate. Went to MTN store ND all they can say is that th insurance is a third party and all they can do is just to call them just like I do. You pay every month and it's time for all the parties to deliver is excuses after excuses.
