MTN INSURANCE DONT ANSWER PHONE

<p>Since 4/7/2016 i have been trying to get hold of MTN insurance. As i got water damage to my phone. Because i had to phone a 100 times only to after 5min been cut off i decided to go to MTN store in Rustenburg. I filled in forms that they send off and did sim swap as the sim is stuck in the S6 Edge. I left the store thinking ill borrow my daughter phone for now till insurance phone to collect handset and give me loan phone. It took 28 hours for sim to work!!but eventually got it after many phone calls to activate. in that 28hours i was also trying to phone insurance with no answering. now 15/07/2016 i still cant get hold of them to pick up handset nevermind to fix it. I log complaint at ********** but didnt get respond. emailed insurance got this referenceYour reference number is ( ********** 6) and nothing els. SO if anyone in MTN does respond. this is what i want i want to cancell my mtn contract and WILL NOT pay the remainding money of my contract. You can come fetch youre broken phone anytime. I have had entless trouble with MTN and MTN insurance for 12 years i am now officially done!! </p>
